Hunting & Rates

Self-guided Pheasant Hunting
$350 per day per hunter for hunters with own dogs.
6 pheasant daily limit per person.

Half-day rate:  $175 - 3 hour hunt, 3 bird limit.

BYO lunch or visit the Feedlot Steakhouse 10 minutes up the road.

Please note: We do not allow hunting without trained hunting dogs.
Half-day Guided Pheasant Hunt
$150 per hunter (3-bird limit each) PLUS $200 guiding fee.

Licenses required:
Residents: Montana Upland Bird and associated licenses.
Non-Residents: Montana Upland Bird license OR
​3-Day Shooting Preserve Upland Bird License and pre-requisites ~$45 total (2025).

**Hunter Safety may be required before you can obtain a Montana Preserve License. Be sure to bring your Hunter Safety information with you.** ​
